As regards Apple mobile devices, we provide support for a number of users who have iPads and iPhones, running differing versions of iOS, including the new iPad OS.

We provide a configuration service to assist users who have no prior knowledge of the Apple ecosystem, including mobile device setup, operating system upgrades, device backups, configuration of iCloud accounts and installation of iTunes.
